The following is a brief introduction to the detailed operation instructions of the underarm manual vacuum impregnation machine.

1. Open the impregnation cover and place the neat product impregnation tray on the cylinder bracket. Close the impregnation cover and lock the quick clamp.
2. Twist the start switch and the vacuum pump starts. When the pressure gauge is displayed to 30-40mmhg, open the ball valve switch under the cylinder to pump the varnish into the cylinder.
3. Twist the spotlight switch and observe through the cover glass. When the varnish reaches the required amount, close the ball valve under the cylinder.
4. When the barometer pointer reaches 700mmhg or more, press the start switch to stop. The alarm is given when the vacuum impregnation time reaches the set time. Open the cap valve switch to vent the gas when the gauge pointer returns to 0mmhg. Open the ball valve switch under the cylinder and turn off the ball valve switch after the cylinder has been drained.
5. Turn on the start switch and start the vacuum pump. When the gauge pointer reaches 700mmhg or more, press the stop switch twice in succession. When the vacuum is reached, the alarm is given when the set time is reached, and the ball valve switch is opened to discharge the gas.
6. After the vacuum is completed, open the cylinder head, take out the product, and finish the operation.
