Immerse for 5 seconds using a fully automatic impregnator

Dongguan Huiyue Technology Automatic Immersion Machine is able to cycle the same product when the time of the impregnation machine is set. The following is a detailed description of the use of the fully automatic impregnation machine for 5 seconds.

1. Press  vacuum impregnation machine the “BIT” button for 5 seconds to enter the following parameter settings.
“Po”: manual running speed of stepping motor, 0~100.
“b”: Screw pitch, 0~005.0 mm.
“Fn”: Subdivision setting, 0~50000 (drive subdivision number x 200, eg 8 subdivision x 200=1600)
“C”: Production count/setting, 99999, after the output is reached, press “Reset” to clear “0”.
When the output is set to "0", the production count is not limited.

2. Press the “Set” button for 5 seconds to enter the process settings.
“F1”: Process selection, 0~8
  Press the “Yield” button for 5 seconds to enter the following parameter settings (system parameters do not change)
“E 1”: Step acceleration time, 0~100.
“E 2”: Step deceleration pulse, 0~100.
“E 3”: Stepping pole pulse, 0~100.

“E 4”: Stepping brake frequency, 0~100.
