TheVPI-vacuum pressure impregnation process pre-bakes the workpiece to thepost-tidal cooling, places it in a vacuum environment, removes the airand volatiles inside the white coil, relies on the vacuum of the paintand the capillary action of the coil, and utilizes the compressed air. Oran inert gas, applying a predetermined pressure to the impregnatingvarnish after the vacuum is released, so that the lacquer liquid quicklypenetrates and fills the inner layer of the insulating structure. In China, the current VPI is still an insulation process for gap operations. The dripping process of the workpiece is carried out in a dip tank,and the drying process is carried out in a separate container or oven,such as vacuum drying, atmospheric drying or rotary drying.
